The campus of Jamia Ahmadiyya International Ghana accommodates over 250 students and is situated just a short drive from Mankessim town in the central region of Ghana, around 110 km from Accra, the capital city. All students reside on campus in the Masroor Hostel in dormitories. The final year students are offered the private room facility depending on the availability. Masjid Nayyar which is constructed in the middle of the campus site has an easy access from the hostel, academic block and staff houses making it easy for everyone to participate in congregational prayers.
The campus offers a variety of facilities, including a conventional and E-library, computer lab, kitchen, spacious dining area, and gym. Additionally, there is an expansive open field for sports like football, volleyball, athletics, and cricket along with a multifunctional Masroor Hall which is available for events held several times a week fitted with all the audio video facilities with a seating capacity of 400 guests. 14 Teachers' quarters are also located in the campus along with 2 Guest houses. A children’s park has also been provided near the staff accommodation. The campus is also secured with 24/7 security and standby generators for a safe environment. The main complex contains a functional reception, classrooms, a computer lab, an MTA studio for recordings, and a library for independent study. It also has a first aid clinic, tuck shop, staff room, and offices for teachers. A digital notice board is used for academic and official announcements. This vibrant setting enables students to excel academically and reach new heights.
